About Me

Personal growth for me has always been about recognizing and synthesizing dualities: choosing yes or no, being patient or creatively assertive, looking inside myself or to my surroundings for an answer. Similarly, my experience with holistic bodywork and neuromuscular work has been about finding balance. I came to the field with a background in music, poetic theory, and creative writing—drawn out of office and customer service life by a deep desire to manifest creativity through physical connection, combine the intellectual with the intuitive, and be a conduit for the body’s innate capacity for self-healing. This led me to the study of holistic disciplines and the integrative styles of massage therapy—channeling my pursuit into an education at the National Holistic Institute and since working with a diversity of clients in different clinical environments.

Duality is in balance—in that play between light and dark, Eastern bodies and Western minds, the empowering support of groundedness against the potential for flight when taking a leap into the unknown. This is what holistic massage has helped me cultivate and what I offer through an ethical, knowledgeable, and multi-modality practice.

Thank you.
